The founders of Property Mortgage Partnership have over 40 years experience within Law, Finance, Real Estate and the Travel and tourism industry.Mortgage Division: PMP is a fully independent brokerage that has agreements with 16 banks and private lenders. PMP arrange mortgages and credit lines in the following countries: Property Sales Division: This division was formed to assist clients with very specific criteria in their property requests. It is our goal to find clients the perfect property to suit their needs and requirements. We like to get it ´right first time’ Distressed Sales: Clients from time to time may face problems in meeting their mortgage repayments due to changes in personal circumstances. Banks can repossess property within 3 months where the client is a non-resident in Spain. As a result many of our clients at the Property Mortgage Partnership may need to sell their property quickly and are willing to sell these properties at a huge discount to true value in order to protect some, rather than lose all of their equity. The distressed sales team work closely with the mortgage and investment team to ensure fast sales Investment division: PMP has close links with all of the major banks in Spain and are directly advised where clients are having difficulty meeting their payments. The Investment division also actively seeks out opportunities, be they plots of land, small apartments, entire developments or hotels. |
