Property Mortgage Partnership have, through 16 banks & brokers, a database in excess of 10,000 clients in Spain with mortgages on their properties. Clients from time to time may face problems in meeting their mortgage repayments due to changes in personal circumstances.



Banks can repossess property within 3 months where the client is a non-resident in Spain. As a result many of our clients at the Property Mortgage Partnership may need to sell their property quickly and are willing to sell these properties at a huge discount to true value in order to protect some, rather than lose all of their equity.



There is obviously high demand for access to these properties, as a result PMP have now made the lists available to members only. Members pay a one off registration fee as follows:



Platinum: € 2000. E-mail within one hour detailing property.

Gold: € 1500. E-mail within 4 hours detailing property.

Silver: € 1000. E-mail within 12 hours detailing property.

Bronze. € 500. E-mail within 24 hours detailing property.



There is a small commission of 2.5% charged to the purchaser, as the vendors have already dropped their prices substantially, as can be seen from the following examples:
